Yahaya Mohammed could take his goal tally to eleven when his club Aduana Stars team take on Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The fixture at the Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa is the top liner for week 11 of the Ghana Premier League.

The 32-year-old is hell-bent on winning the goal king award and a goal today will bring that dream a step closer to realization.

He is in a dogfight with Inter Allies sensation Victorien Adebayor who has the same number of goals despite playing a game less.

The closure of the stadium means Kotoko who are coming out of a three-match behind doors ban will be playing their home games away from home.

They drew against Ashgold in their last outing and a win today could send them top of the league table, depending on the outcome of other fixtures.

Elsewhere, Hearts won over the weekend but the build-up to this game has focused on the future of their coach Edward Odoom.

Reports suggest that some fans are unhappy and thus pushing for his sacking but he’s not being distracted by the ‘little noises’ as he takes his side to struggling Karela United.

Karela United have been a bogey side for Hearts since their arrival in the league but their current form is unimpressive and Hearts will fancy their chances.

In Elmina, there is a regional derby between Sharks and Ebusua Dwarfs. Ashgold take on Dreams FC while Berekum Chelsea play as a guest to Great Olympics.
