Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Manchester City and West Ham at the Etihad Stadium.

City's march at the top of the Premier League continued during the week.

Southampton looked to be on their way to securing a point, only for Raheem Sterling to score a last-minute winner to extend City's winning run to 19 matches in all competitions. Pep Guardiola's men hold a five-point lead at the top of the table, but can extend their lead to eight points ahead of the Manchester derby next week with a victory today.

West Ham are under severe pressure in the bottom three in the Premier League. The Hammers are without a win in their last seven matches following their drubbing at the hands of Everton during the week. It was not a happy return to Goodison Park for David Moyes as his side lost 4-0 in frustrating circumstances, with Manuel Lanzini missing a penalty in the second half that could have turned the match in their favour. With a horrendous run of fixtures ahead, Moyes' side could use a surprise result this afternoon.

Adrian replaces the ineligible Joe Hart between the sticks in one of three changes made by Moyes. Michail Antonio and Edimilson Fernandes replaces Andre Ayew and Marko Arnautovic in the team from the 4-0 defeat to Everton.

City have made three changes from their win over Southampton. Eliaquim Mangala and Danilo come into the back four, with Vincent Kompany and Fernandinho dropping to the bench. Fabian Delph moves into the midfield, while Leroy Sane returns to action in favour Gabriel Jesus.

West Ham subs: Trott, Johnson, Quina, Arnautovic, Ayew, Martinez, Sakho.

WEST HAM (4-2-3-1): Adrian; Zabaleta, Rice, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Kouyate, Obiang; Fernandes, Lanzini, Masuaku; Antonio.

Man City subs: Bravo, Toure, Gundogan, Fernandinho, Bernardo Silva, Jesus, Kompany.

MAN CITY (4-3-3): Ederson; Walker, Otamendi, Mangala, Danilo; Delph, De Bruyne, David Silva; Sterling, Sane, Aguero.
