LIVE UPDATES: Manchester United 4-1 Newcastle

Hello and welcome to our live update of Manchester United versus Newcastle United at the Theater of Dreams. Rafa Benitez's men have been in fine form but there is some cause for alarm having lost three and drawn two of their last six matches.

The Black and Whites were lowered by Brighton, Burnley and Bournemouth. They travel to Old Trafford more in hope than in expectation.

As for the hosts, they are having to look across the city at the noisy neighbours and they must be thinking "how can we stay in touch?" Injuries have been a big worry for Jose Mourinho, who this week expressed irritation that Phil Jones had come from England duty injured. Mourinho was annoyed that England used Jones even though he had an existing thigh problem.

Especially when their old rivals Chelsea won this afternoon to topple them on the league log.

Well all we can do is wait and see how things unfold as Mourinho's army return after the defeat at Stamford Bridge before the International break.
