The UEFA Champions League is back and so are we. As we celebrate Independence Day in Ghana, let’s not forget there are epic games to look forward to in the most prestigious club competition in the world.

Paris Saint-Germain are going to have to realise their dreams of Champions League glory the hard way if they are to knock out Real Madrid and progress to the quarter-finals tonight.

PSG's world-record signing Neymar is expected to be out for months with a broken foot, and will certainly miss out as the French giants attempt to overturn a two-goal deficit from the first leg.

Real had Cristiano Ronaldo to thank as they turned around the first game at the Bernabeu, with PSG's lead cancelled out as the Champions League holders won 3-1 to take a solid advantage to Paris.

Elsewhere, Liverpool are into the Champions League quarter-finals if they can avoid one of the biggest Anfield shocks of all time against Porto tonight.

The Reds scored 23 goals in six games to top Group E, and started the knockout stages with a bang as they beat Porto 5-0 in their own backyard in the first leg of their last-16 tie.

Sadio Mane scored a hat-trick to all but seal Liverpool's passage to the last eight of the competition for the first time since 2009, but Jurgen Klopp will want a professional performance at Anfield to ensure the Reds keep their momentum for the end-of-season run-in.
