Our coverage of the UEFA Champions League takes us to the historic Wembley Stadium where injury-ravaged Tottenham will be meeting FC Barcelona.

The London-based club will be without Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Jan Vertonghen, Dele Alli and Serge Aurier for tonight’s game. However, Captain Harry Kane is confident about his team’s chances against the Bulgrana’s.

“That's the reason we have a big squad, it's time for the next man to step in. Of course it's a massive game in the group, you never want to start with two losses. At home we have to be strong if we want to progress. Barcelona are a fantastic side but last year we proved we can beat the big teams, especially at home, Kane has said.

Barcelona have picked just one point from their last two games and will be without Sergi Roberto and Samuel Umtiti for this game.

Barca have won just one of their last seven away games in Europe, a record that favours Tottenham who are hoping to record their first win of the campaign having lost to Inter Milan in the opening game. Fellow English club, Liverpool will be looking to make it two wins out of two games when they meet Napoli in a Group C fixture
