Nsoatreman FC hosts Algerian side Costentaione in the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round.

The Ghanaian side is looking to replicate Dreams FC's historic run in the competition last season when they reached the semi-finals.

The reigning MTN FA Cup winners eliminated Elect-Sports in the first preliminary round, beating them 5-0 on aggregate.

They face a big task in Costentaione, who eliminated Rwandan side Police FC to progress to the second round. They eased past them with a 4-1 aggregate win.

The game is already underway at the Accra Sports Stadium with Nsoatreman trailing by 2-0.

The second leg is scheduled for a week later in Algeria on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
