Team Ghana's representatives are set to step out in style for the Paralympic Games opening ceremony in Paris.
Over the next 11 days, more than 4,000 athletes with physical, visual, and intellectual impairments will compete in 22 sports.
Team Ghana's representatives include the Chef de Mission, Henry Larbi, six athletes, three coaches, three athlete aides, one physiotherapist, one accreditation liaison officer, and one NPC secretary.
Team Ghana is set to participate in four sporting disciplines at the Para Games.
These include para-athletics, para-powerlifting, para-cycling, and para-taekwondo for the 10-day event.
Organizers have promised a spectacular show to open the Games.
Unlike the Olympic opening ceremony, which featured a boat parade on the Seine River, the Paralympic ceremony is taking place on land.
Athletes are expected to parade down at the Place de la Concorde.
