The first post-Nyantakyi elections is underway at the College of Physicians and Surgeons and we are streaming it live.
Kurt Okraku, George Afriyie, Fred Pappoe, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah Mensah are the six candidates vying for the position that has been vacant since Nyantakyi’s administration was toppled by Anas’ Number12 documentary.
120 candidates from the Premier League, Division One League, women’s football and other interest groups will cast their votes today to elect the next person to free Ghana football from the shackles of the documentary.
Already, the Regional football and Exco elections have been held and today will be a climax of an interesting sixteen months for Ghana football.
The Congress will also decide on the expansion of the GPL from sixteen to eighteen clubs.
