Former Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe has pleaded with fans to rally support behind their new head coach Kim Grant to help him succeed at the club.

On Thursday morning, the Phobians confirmed the signing of the former Ghanaian international as their new Director of football as well as first team coach.

Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe believes that no coach can succeed without the massive support of the supporters of its club.
