There are 23 foreign players in the 2017/2018 Zylofon Cash Ghana Premier League with WAFA and Inter Allies having the highest number of four each.

Nine out of the sixteen clubs in the top-flight have been able to lure players mostly from other African countries.

Dreams FC, Medeama, Berekum Chelsea, Wa All Stars, Techiman Eleven Wonders, Ebusua Dwarfs and Elmina Sharks do not have foreign imports.
