Five fights and one exhibition fight took place and the display from the fighters on the said day caught the eyes of both the youth and the old age. It was their first time seeing the sport around and they embraced it with both arms and never wanted the show to end.

The championship kicked off with a bantamweight battle between Benjamin Kledo and Abdul Malik Adjei. After a thrilling battle Kledo lost by submitting.
Jonathan Abbey defeated Emmanuel Mills in their featherweight contest via split decision. Abdul Sani Hadi also claimed a split decision over Fatawu Inusah in their lightweight battle.
Emmanuel Lartey lost via submission to Selorm Darko, they fought in the lightweight division. In the last fight of the evening, Michael Addy TKO Abdul Tahiru in round 3.
In attendance for the championship was the deputy director of the National Sports Authority, Mr. Saka Acquaye, executives of the Ghana Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Federation represented by the president, Mr. Collin s Kofi Zoiku, vice president Mrs. Jamira Mahama, head of administration Mr. Dauda Fuseini, head of technical Mr. Emmanuel Akpabli and deputy medical officer Mr. Emmanuel Danflow.
Both winners and losers were given a price money and a certificate of participation as well. The next edition of the championship is expected to come off in December at the Bukom Square
