MTN FA CUP: Chairman assure clubs of equal platforms

Chairman of the MTN FA Cuo Committee, Kurt E.S. Okraku has assured all clubs participating in the Round 64 of equal avenues to display their aspirations in this year’s competition.

The draw for the Round 64 which included all the sixteen Premier League Clubs was held at the Ghana Football Association Headquarters in Accra and the Chairman says the committee will be coming with surprising packages during the course of the competition.

Speaking to the media after the draw, the Executive Director of Dreams FC, Kurt Okraku, reiterated that, clubs who will be giving out their best in the competition will be rewarded with the likely chance of winning the trophy and challenge all participating clubs to maximize interest in the competition.

“We think that again this year’s competition will be interesting, we know very well that all the top clubs in quote are very much interested in this trophy and therefore will put in their all which will further push them to possibly winning the ultimate,” Kurt said.

“We will be offering every club a good platform, a fair playing field to be able to execute their hopes and aspirations. The committee will always come up with surprises. That one is guaranteed,” he added.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko are the defending champions of the MTN FA Cup trophy after beating sword-rivals Hearts of Oak in the finals at Tamale.
