Macou Badu will excel-Hearts U-20 coach Stephen Abugri

Accra Hearts of Oak U-20 coach, Stephen Abugri believes academy graduate, Macou Badu has the qualities to play for the first team.

Badu was graduated into the first team by coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi ahead of the Premier League second round.

Kenichi, who is poised on returning to the summit of the league when the second round commences, said he believes Badu’s promotion into the first team will help the team.

But Abugri, who coached Badu before his promotion said “Macou Badu is a very talented and a very good player. He is quicker with the ball, always alert and also aggressive and to top it all he is an intelligent player”.

The youngster will be hoping to make an instant impact in the first team when given the opportunity.
