The Black Stars of Ghana recorded a massive turn out at training on Tuesday as they commence preparations for the final group game of the 2019 AFCON Qualifier against Kenya.
Kwesi Appiah started his preparations for Saturday’s clash with an encouraging attendance as 21 players turned up.
Led by deputy skipper Andre Ayew, the Black Stars enjoyed a normal training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.
All the foreign-based players invited turned up for training but for Kwadwo Asamoah who played late on Sunday night and Daniel Opare who is a late invitee.
All the five players who were handed their debut call-ups – Amos Frimpong, Kwame Bonsu, Joseph Aidoo, Asante and Caleb Ekuban – were present.
Kwasi Appiah and his boys will continue preparations until Friday ahead of the game against Kenya on Saturday.
