It will be homecoming for the Black Stars when they arrive in Tamale for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea on Wednesday.

The African giants will be playing a competitive game in the Northern Regional capital for the first time with fans expected to troop to the venue to watch the team.

Tamale fans will get the real chance of watching their national team in action against the Syli Nationale and will offer them huge unflinching support.

Ghana laboured to a 1-1 draw against their opponent in Casablanca on Saturday and will be anxious to amass maximum points in front of their home fans.

There are no injury concerns for the team but caretaker coach Maxwell Konadu will be worried about his shaky defense ahead of the return encounter.

The team looked defensively weak against a fine Guinean side in Morocco over the weekend but will have to improve and fast ahead of the must-win game.

Ghana are atop of the group halfway ahead of the remaining three games in the group.
