The Ghana Football Association Match Review Committee chaired by Welbeck Abra Appiah has praised Referee Juliet Appiah for making precise decisions in Dreams FC’s 2-1 win over Danbort.

The Nungua-based side made a complaint that Referee Juliet Appiah who handled their July 9, 2017 home game with Dreams FC was biased as she awarded the away side an offside goal and again gave them an unlawful penalty in the 2-1 defeat.

However, the Committee reviewed the match footage after which they came out that the knight of the whistle did nothing wrong as all her calls were on point.

The Committee lauded Referee Appiah for her courage and professionalism which saw her sending off the Danbort goalkeeper Prosper Gbeku for elbowing Dreams FC striker Michael Sarpong and also physically assaulting her (The Referee).

The Committee was however not happy that the referees did not include the verbal assaults and threat on them by the Danbort officials before, during and after the game.
