President and bankroller of Medeama football club Moses Parker is saying his team will take some stopping after breezing through to the final qualification stage of the CAF Confederation Cup at the expense of Al Shendy.
Medeama continued their impressive exploits in the CAF Confederation Cup by progressing to the playoffs with a resounding victory over Al Shendi.
Business mogul and bankroller Moses Parker who took over as president of the club six seasons ago with the aim of making the club not only the best in Ghana but one of the attractive on the continent says the club is properly placed to continue excelling in Africa.
“I am very certain that regardless of who the opponent is we will continue to succeed in the Confederation Cup,” Moses Parker told Accra-based Happy FM
“We are doing well in the CAF competition, but we are mindful that we need to go forward, so that is where the intention is.”
The Yellow and Mauve’s fell at the final qualification stage in the CAF Confederation Cup last two seasons and will be desperate to reach the group stages this time around.
