l understand Micky Charles, of Techiman City fame has started insulting the GFA communication director Saani Daara,that "his club affiliation fee put suits on him".l believe, it is an unfortunate statement from the Techiman City owner because he should have accessed his own character sketch before attacking this adorable GFA spokesman.The fact that Micky Charles, has his name on Techiman City, doesn't mean he is the total bank- roller of the club to have told Saani, that "he doesn't know the prize of a football boot."
l knew, Micky Charles, would come out to complain about sponsorship in the league after finish playing Hearts and Kotoko.Why is it that he couldn't announce the gate proceed of that matches after that huge charges at gate.Even, l suppose the FA, were kind to him that he was charging higher than the other league centers.Micky Charles, should know that what Saani, said was right,you don't just bluff on radio that you are pulling out of the league without any official letter to the FA.Why is it that up to now he has not sent letter of withdraw,because to me,he said that ,to gain sympathy from the supporters of Techiman City to continue paying higher at gate or attract more money from the bigwigs who are much concern about the club.l wonder how, after all those big exorbitant charges at gate and by using the name of the club for lalasulala at abroad he still complains about sponsorship.Micky,should know that by the rule is not compulsory for the FA to provide sponsorship for the clubs.
After playing Hearts and Kotoko, all his avenues for big gate fees are gone hence putting the blame on the FA for lack of sponsorship.Micky,should have known is not easy to play in the league, and l believe he is being haunted by the controversial way he gained promotion to the elite division.
The most sad aspect of Techiman City, is that,some of his players still complains of lack of motivation and falsification of signatories in signing contracts.Micky,should know Saani doesn't use his mind and cunning ways in getting his daily bread,he is working for the FA so he deserve his pay.Micky, said it at somewhere that, Randy Abbey was not getting pay as communication officer at the FA which to me is big lie,what about bonuses when he travels with the team. Saani Daara, was brought out of contract from BBC-a place Micky Charles would never get a chance to be.Saani was Saani before coming to work at the FA and you cant compare the salary he was collecting at BBC to what the FA is currently giving him.
He came to work with the FA out of patriot for his country.
So Micky,Saani Daara, is a complete hard working media man who doesn't earn his pay on silver platter but out of sweat,he doesn't step on others to eat and he is not opportunistic.The FA is waiting for your letter of withdrawal.
