In an interview granted the Ghanaian FA official website, the former FK Borac of Serbia coach said he was delighted with what he saw in the Black Stars friendly game against the Taifa Stars of Tanzania last week.

"I was very, very satisfied with the performance of every player. Even without players like Essien, Mensah and Muntari, who are big players, the rest played for the nation.

"I liked the spirit of the team and we have a big group that we can make selections from. That was an important for me to see them play," "I was happy with what I saw against Tanzania and this week, everyone would know my team. We missed some regular players there (game against Tanzania) but this is a big game and we expect to have everyone available," he said of the game against Libya "It's an important game for us and we would take it very serious like the previous games."

"That's (match with Libya) a game I want to win. It's very important that we win that game and I would put in everything to make it happen," he added He also disclosed that he has taken time out to watch and monitor his opponents from the first leg encounter played in Accra which the Ghanaians won 2-0.

"I have watched the first game and you know they were good. They are quick and aggressive. But we have to vary our tactics too. "I have spoken to technical people who have seen the Libyans too and I must work around what I have seen, been told and anything that happens on the day as things can change in football."

"It's a big game for Ghana and also for me. I am hopeful of a positive result and that's what i would set up my team to achieve." The Black Stars of Ghana would have to churn out a result in Tripoli or face a potential tricky situation in their next two matches.
