In a message to the players and their handlers, the Minister cautioned them not to be complacent in tomorrow's match against Argentina but to fight relentlessly to beat them. ''....This will leave no doubt in anyone's mind about your purpose of holding on to the magnificent cup for good'', Mr. Mensah said. He said the Starlets have improved tremendously since their Africa U-17 tournament in Bostwana where they placed fourth and that he is confident that they (Starlets) will win the cup. The tournament kicks off today with host, Egypt playing Thailand in the opening match.
