Miss Navrongo 2015...Who wears the crown?

FEHNA Entertainment, a Navrongo based entertainment and events organizing home will this year present the 3rd edition of the of the most sizzling traditional beauty pageant show ever held in Ghana MISS NAVRONGO 2015.This year's edition which will be on 26th December 2015 at the SEHNA guest house is dubbed 'Ba jare Ba Dwoi lam' which literally means 'They have more than beauty'.

Mr. Ali Moro, the Corporate Affairs Manager for FEHNA Entertainment promised readers this year's edition will be packed with a lot of surprising segments. "This is the 3rd edition and let me tell readers of Northerngh.com that if they want to experience real traditional beauty pageantry, then they should make Navrongo their Christmas vacation joint" he stressed.

Criteria for selection

Selection of contestants is based on the ability of the person to express herself fluently in the mother tongue and English respectively. The age limit for selection is 18-25 years and the person should have strong moral background.

Miss Upper East

Northerngh.com asked why FEHNA Entertainment is not organizing Miss Upper East and this was what Mr. Ali Moro had to say.

"we are planning to have one in the near future but the difficulty now is our brothers in Sandema, Bawku, and China all organize such beauty pageant shows and until we all agree to merge it, there will still be this segmentation" he stated.

The Corporate Affairs Manager for FEHNA Entertainment, Mr. Ali Moro went on to say they have been advised by some big wigs in the Region to consider organizing Miss Upper East.

"Upon advises from some prominent people in the Upper East Region, we plan to use the winners from Sandema, Navrongo, Bawku and China and their runner ups to organize the MISS UPPER EAST in the near future" he said

Prizes and sponsors

Sponsors for this year's Miss Navrongo are Happy Man Bitters, Naara Rural Bank, Northergh.com and other business in the Navrongo District with other sponsors also trooping in.

Winner for this year's edition will take home a brand new Motor bicycle with souvenirs from other Sponsors, First runner up will take home a 32 inch LCD TV whiles the 2nd runner up will take home a standing Fan and a set of Home theater.

The winner will also be privileged to walk with the Chief of Navrongo to the durbar grounds where the Fao festival will take place.
