Modena sweat over fitness of Amidu Salifu

Modena are sweating over the fitness of their impressive Ghanaian midfielder Amidu Salifu ahead of their Seria B game against Bologna on Friday.

The Blue medical staff are doing everything possible to ensure the 22-year-old recovers to face their opponent at home.

Modena will be without two of their key players, Stefano Beltrame and Luca Chithran, who have both been disqualified and can therefore not do with the absence of the Ghanaian midfielder.

Salifu, on loan from Fiorentina is a player of extraordinary importance in a clash which is expected to be a physical contest.
