Black Stars midfielder Wakaso Mubarak has openly endorsed the Super Clash encounter between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League and expressed the insatiable desire to consume more local football content. The two giants faced-off for the first time this season, with the Porcupine Warriors coming out top.
The game, honoured on Sunday January 26, was given special attention as it was key for several reasons.

The GFA used the game to trumpet its campaign to revive the love and following for the local game dubbed #BringBackTheLove.
Now, fallout from the game paints a certain picture that the campaign is yielding dividends as following and attention for the local game is on the rise.
Amidst the many positive reviews in the aftermath of the clash, is the Black Stars midfielder Wakaso Mubarak’s twitter post.
