Muniru Sulley wins Romanian League Cup

Muniru Sulley picked his first career silverware as he won an extra- time penalty in Steaua Bucuresti’s 2-1 win over Concordia Chiajna on Sunday in the League Cup final.

The 23-year-old was introduced in the 102nd minute, and his wizardly resulted in the penalty which was converted by Jugurtha Hamroun.

Sulley will be playing in his second season for The Red and Blues who begin their league campaign against CSMS Ia?i on Saturday.
