My career has suffered because of damaging injuries - Baah

Ghana defender Gideon Baah has revealed the pain he has been going through after only returning to the pitch recently following a career threatening injury.

Baah just recently returned to the pitch training for the first time in almost six months after the injury he picked up against Columbus Crew.

The former Asante Kotoko man admits he has been slowed down by the injuries.

“My career has suffered a major setback, it hasn’t been easy, lots of surgeries and all that,” he told Starr FM.

“But I am still under rehab and hope to return very soon, it hasn’t been easy, I was hoping to thrive in the MLS in my first season but unfortunately the injury set in.

“Hopefully I will return stronger next season and do my best for the Club.”
