Ghana winger Nana Ampomah has confirmed receiving an offer from German Club Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Fortuna Düsseldorf was reportedly interested in signing the Ghanaian international from Belgian Club Waasland-Beveren.
The German outfit made several attempts with tempting deals to capture the 21-year-old which eventually proved futile.
“Yes, there was contact, but in the end, nothing really came out of that I feel good at Waasland-Beveren, our start may not be great, but this is a young team that grows every day I’m there sure we will let us know, “he says to Het Laatste Nieuws.
Ampomah who has scored once in three appearances so far for Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian top-flight joined the Club two years ago.
He has been included in Coach Kwesi Appiah’s team for next Month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya.
