Kwabena Owusu becomes the next player to leave La Liga
Azerbaijan champions Qaraba? FK have completed the signing of Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.
Owusu is joining the Qaraba? after agreeing terms with the club following the premature end of his loan spell at Cordoba.
Leganes, his parent club agreed to the terms with the Azerbaijan champions before he underwent medicals.
Meanwhile, the hurdle of Cordoba will be to find a replacement striker for the Ghanaian player.
Owusu is thought of as the natural replacement for Asamoah Gyan but the huge financial offer from Qarabag is something he cannot turn down.
The coming hours will determine whether the deal will be sealed for Owusu who was born in Accra.
