National Cycling La Route for Ho

Ho, Sept. 1, GNA - The 2004 National Cycling competition dubbed La Route De-Ho would take place at Ho on Saturday, September 11.

A Volta Regional Sports Council press statement issued on Tuesday said the cycling race, La Route De-Ho would involve all registered Cycling Clubs in Ghana and two invited clubs from neighbouring Togo.

The race is being organised by the Ghana Cycling Association in conjunction with the National Sports Council and sponsored by the French Embassy.

The release said the 60-kilometre race will commence from the Civic Centre in the centre of Ho at 0800 hours.
