New Edubiase chief fined GHc5,000; banned for one month

New Edubiase FC management member Joe Abu Salam has been fined an amount of GHc5,000 and banned from taking part in any football-related activity for a month.

Salam invaded the field after their home defeat to Dreams FC, rushed to attack the referee amidst insults and threatened to kill him.

He was charged with one count and breached of Articles 35(2), 35(7d) and 35(4) of the GFA General Regulations and Articles 56 and 58 of the Disciplinary Code.
