Ghana's only hope for this year's CAF continental championship Asante Kotoko are facing more problems in Brazzaville as they prepare feverishly for this weekend 2nd leg CAF Cup Winners Cup semi-final against AS Police of Congo.
Officials of the Congolese FA and some management members of As Police yesterday stormed the training grounds of the Ghanaians in an attempt to persude officials of Asante Kotoko to endorse some documents to confirm that, Kotoko refused to lodge at the Hotel Esp?rance reserved for them by their host and secondly they (Kotoko)will be solely responsible for the bills at their new abode (ie.Hotel Marine).
Kotoko Officials knowing very well that the esp?rance doesn't meet the standard of CAF they declined to sign the documents of which the Congolese did not agree and for good 45minutes there was exchange of words between the two parties.
Meanwhile the playing body seem not to be perturbed by the fustrations going on as they trust their management to surmount those problems and have thus urged argued Ghanaians back home to remember them in prayers.
