The disciplinary committee of the Ghana Football Association has denied reports that it has awarded two points to Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Speculation is rife that the committee has ruled in favor of Kotoko in the case in which the Porcupine Warriors are alleging that Bofoakwa Tano used an unqualified player for their first round league match in Sunyani.
But the chairman of the disciplinary committee told Joy Sports, the committee has yet to take a firm decision on the case because of fresh evidence, which has come up.
He was however hopeful that the final judgment will be announced next week.
Kotoko are hoping to win two points as winners of the match to shore up their standing on the league chart.
