Nominations for GOC elections to be opened next week

The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) will on Wednesday, 21 February, 2017 open nominations for prospective candidates vying for the various positions in order to elect new officers.

Last December the General Assembly reached a unanimous consensus to hold it elective congress on 15th March, 2017.

Information gathered by sportscrusader.com indicates that three candidates which include Paul Attchoe (President of Volleyball Association), Ben Nunoo Mensah (President of Ghana Weightlifting Association)and current president of the OC, Proffesor Francis Dodoo are likely to contest for the presidency.
