The Normalization Committee of the Ghana Football Association have extended its warm gratitude to FIFA for their assistants to help in running Ghana Football.
FIFA set-up the Normalization Committee to administer Ghana football after dissolving the executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The body (NC) which was headed by Dr. Kofi Amoah were tasked to revise the statutes of the Ghana Football Association and also conduct election for a new FA President before their mandate ends later this Month.
“The NC appreciates the opportunity to work with all of you, and the pieces of advice received from many of you,” Dr. Kofi Amoah said at the extra-ordinary Congress in Accra.
“Believe me, we truly listened! And we also appreciate and applaud the collaboration and assistance received from FIFA especially our lead contacts Mr. Luca Nicola, Manager of Governance, Mr. Veron Mosengo-Omba, Manager of Development for the African and Caribbean area, Mr. Solomon Mudege and others as well as indirectly with Madam Fatma Samoura, GS/FIFA, Mr. Ahmad Ahmad, CAF President and Mr. Gianni Infantino, FIFA President”
Having fulfilled all their duties, the NC now have their last mission to fix a date for the election of the new Ghana Football Association President.
