Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi's $2m lawsuit against two sports presenters has been re-adjourned after the duo mysteriously disappeared from court on Wednesday.

Patrick Osei Agyemang and Kofi Asare Brako as well as media firm Asempa FM, who were earlier in the court premises were no where to be found when the case brought by the FIFA Council member was called by the judge.

Their disappearance looks to have been forced by the persistence of Nyantakyi to have the case heard after their journalists begged him as they arrived at the court premises on Wednesday to drop the as they waited for it to be called.

The sitting judge had no option than to adjourn the case for the second time with the next hearing scheduled for 15th of November, 2016 following the absence of the defendants.

Songo and Abatay were in court before the judge commenced the hearing but disappeared into thin air when the court called for the case to be heard.

They are hoping to use influential people in society to plead with Nyantakyi to drop the damaging lawsuit. Agyemang, aka Countryman Songo, Abatay and the media company Multimedia have been hauled before the law courts.

The famous court case entitled 'Kwesi Nyantakyi versus Patrick Osei Agyemang, Kofi Asare Brako and Multimedia Limited' is being heard at the High Court.

Nyantakyi is adamant as he is keen on giving evidence in the case that will see over 100 tape recordings tendered in evidence to back his claim of libel.

He will mount the witness box to open his case as he seeks to clear his name following persistent accusations of criminality and fraud on the radio station by the two presenters.

The matter which was supposed to have commenced hearing on Wednesday November 2 was adjourned to November 9 when the judge for the General Jurisdiction Court 2 failed to turn up.

The GFA boss is suing the Countryman Songo, Abatay and the media company for $2m in the defamation and libel lawsuit after 'years of consistent lies and calculated negative campaigns', Nyantakyi will tell on the court.

This comes just three months after three journalists were jailed in Ghana for threatening some judges in the country on their radio station Montie FM.

In attendance at the court was the GFA President and FIFA Council member Kwesi Nyantakyi and the General Secretary of the Ghana FA Isaac Addo.
