Ofosu-Ayeh wins MVP in Braunschweig's 2-1 win

Ghana full back Phil Ofosu-Ayeh was adjudged the MVP after guiding his side Eintracht Bruanschweig to a 2-1 win over Wurzburger Kickers in the Bindealiga 2 over the weekend.

The Black Stars defender provided an assist for Julius Biada in the 54th minute to increase his side's tally to two after Salim Khelifi had opened the scoring in the 43rd minute before Elia Soriano pulled one back for the visitors.

Ofosu-Ayeh was not just influential in the game but was also exceptional and his total output was just admirable.

The Ghanaian lasted the entire duration of the game and his surging crosses were just on point.

The 24-year old who is a member of the Black Stars team that started the 2017 AFCON qualifiers is expected to return to the team for the final game against Rwanda next month.

Ofosu-Ayeh who is taking the Bundesliga 2 by storm is expected to also be part of the Black Stars when the qualifiers for the World Cup commences.
