Cape Coast, Feb. 8, GNA - Oguaa United played a good game to beat their local rivals, Great Astronomers 2-1 in their Division Two league match played at Robert Mensah stadium in Cape Coast. After the two sides had settled for one-all in the firs half it was Oguaa United who came back strongly to score the match winner in the 55th minute through their midfielder, Ibrahim Ali.
Result of other league matches were Cape Coast Liberty Rainbow drew goalless with Assin Dompim Ahafo Royals with Atandansu Royals also drawing goalless with Saltpond Kampsite, Assin Akrofuom Santos lost 2-3, Abura Dunkwa Galaxy with Mankessim Mighty Victory losing 0-1 to Great Breman FC.
Gomoa Fetteh Young Stars beat local rivals Gomoa Dahlin 1-0, with Agona Swedru Alfa Stars also beating Akotsi Jenaak F/C 2-1, Gomoa Fetteh Future Fighters beat Gomoa Assin Maxbees 2-1 while Senya Bereku Soccer Professional drew 2-2 with Agona Fankobaa.
Tuba Metro Stars spanked Kasoa Bagojet 2-0, Kasoa 24-Seven FC also tamed local rivals Kasoa Fauzan 2-0 with Nyanyano Super Stars drawing goalless with local rivals Nyanyano Proud United.
