Olloboi Commodore wants Black Stars technical team dissolved

General Manager for Division One League Club, Accra Great Olympics, Mr. Olloboi Commodore has indicated that the technical team of the Black Stars should be dissolved following the shambolic display of the team at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

The West African nation was chasing her 5th AFCON title this year but disappointingly exited at the round of 16 stage where they were knocked out by the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia.

Sharing his thoughts in an interview on Kingdom FM on the disastrous campaign of the team in the recently ended tourney, Olloboi Commodore has stressed that most of the technical team members should be released from their post.

“The Black Stars technical team should be dissolved. We can maintain some few members but I think the majority of the technical members should be shown the exit door”, he said.

Meanwhile, the GFA Normalization Committee is said to have taken hold of a report from Coach Kwesi on the tournament and will be making a decision on the fate of the technical team members very soon.
