Well, the opening match at the Afcon 2015 for Ghana has been a disaster not for the final result but for the lack of play of constructive football.
I remember the comments on the former coach Appiah and the decision of engaging a more titled foreign one.
I have a series of questions about the issue of having a foreign coach irrespective of the one currently on the job:
- What kind of experience does a foreign coach possess in managing an African team?
- What kind of knowledge does a foreign coach have about African football?
- What about the changing room management, do they speak the same language? Do they have the same understanding of pitch strategy?
- What about, what about, what about …… we can go over for days on this but it ends up in the mother of all the what about…. WHAT ABOUT RETAINING THE GHANAIAN COACH WHO DID PRETTY WELL OR FINDING A NEW ONE IN GHANA??
