Opoku Nti to continue as Kotoko GM

Mr. Samuel Opoku Nti has been asked by the Board of Kumasi Asante Kotoko to continue as the club's General Manager until the Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu II decides otherwise.

At a board meeting Friday morning, Coach David Duncan was also appointed as the leader of a six-member Recruitment Committee.

Manhyia, however, could not meet the Board at the meeting to discuss the new direction of the club. It is not clear when the Asantehene would meet the Board.

A source at Manhyia also debunked speculations that Otumfuo has changed current handlers of the club putting to an end speculations that former Bayern Munich star, Osei Kuffour, has been appointed to lead the club.
