Optimistic Ghanaians forgive Black Stars

After the apathy shown to the senior national team, the Black Stars in Kumasi following the 1-1 drawn game with the Cranes of Uganda by soccer in the garden city, it has now gone well deep that Ghana Football is in a crisis or at cross roads.

In moving forward, Ghanaians who want progress has called for forgiveness as there is no other team to support as a Ghanaian than the Black Stars, hence efforts must be done to pull support in up coming games in preparating for the next African Cup of nations to be held in Morocco.

The qualifiers began after the FIFA World Cup and every African nation wants to be at the next meet of the continents elites.

The Stars who failed to shine in Brazil have a crucial match with neighboring Togo on Wednesday and most fans in Ghana feel the team must win at all cost to regain the confidence and total support.

The dismal performance of the Black Stars against the Cranes and the apologies of Ibrahim Sannie and assistant coach Maxwell Konadu just after the game on GTV showed that the team has regreted some of their actions and deeds at the World Cup, which has called for an inquiry to probe what and what rely happened in Brazil to move the nation forward.

Player Chris Atsu also said they have regretted for what occurred at the World Cup and they are looking forward to a bright future.

Going through town and speaking to some fans, most were optimistic that the Stars would come back with a win over Togo and qualify for CAN 2015. Meanwhile, the government is putting in place personalities to bid for Ghana to host the CAN 2017.
