Osah Bernardinho joins Canadian side Atlético Ottawa

Canadian Premier League expansion club Atlético Ottawa has announced the signing of Ghanaian striker Osah Bernardinho Tetteh for the 2020 season.

He becomes the twelfth player to officially join the capital-based club who have snapped up Francisco Acuña, Ben Fisk, Antoine Coupland and Malyk Hamilton.

The rest are Ajay Khabra, Michel Djaozardy, Ricky Gomes, Kunle Dada-Luke, Brandon John, Vashon Neufville and Tevin Shaw.

Tetteh has been in Belgium for the past three years playing for KVC Westerlo after joining them in 2017 from Attram de Visser Academy.

The winger moved to the European nation after excelling on his short stint with Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League.

The 23-year-old spent the 2018/2019 season at lower tier side ASV Geel where he scored 6 goals in 30 appearances.

Tetteh is currently on loan at KSK Heist in Eerste Amateur league and has netted two goals in 13 games.

Atlético Ottawa is owned by Spanish La Liga giants Atlético Madrid.
