The bankroller of Tema Youth FC, Wilfred Osei Palmer has vowed not to attend any Congress should GHALCA call for one.
Osei Palmer insisted Ghalca have to heed to the call of the government to suspend any football related activities and there should be no emergency congress now.
“I won’t attend the Congress if they bring me the notice because government says we should hold on to all Football related activities.” Palmer told Happy FM

The experienced football administrator also revealed that he anticipated GHALCA will form a seven -member committee to overshadow the five-man committee the Executive committee formed last week.
“We the football people anticipated GHALCA seven-member committee meeting the Youth and Sports Minister so it wasn’t surprising at all” He added.
