Interim coach for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Michael Osei believes that the player adhere to his rules and regulations in their week 12 fixtures against Bechem United.
Kotoko secured a vital away win as their impressive form under Michael Osei continue.
The Porcupine Warriors seem to close the gap on Accra Hearts of Oak recording three straight win since the appointment of Michael Osei.
Kotoko played without their inform striker Dauda Mohammed.
“In the first half the game was on both sides but after the first half we dominated more than them and with the performance we brought up we deserve to win that match and with the goal Sarfo Gyamfi scored I say congratulations to him.” He told Asempa Sports.
“Gradually our physical performance is improving because in the first half of the game we were studying the game because we made sure that as an away team we will not concede any goal and in the second half we played all out.”
“Going into the second half of the game, I think the players played according to instructions and that helped us to get this vital win here in Bechem.”
He continued, “We brought in Theophilous Nyame based on tactical decisions and we brought him in to strengthen the mid field because realized that our laterals weren’t all that strong and with the substitutions I did I think it worked to perfection.”
“Theophilous was not part of our last game we played but because Dauda didn’t show up and I took the decision to bring him on in the second half because of the strength he is having and he was able to work that goal for Sarfo Gyamfi.” He added.
