PHOTOS: See the new Black Stars 2026 World Cup jersey

Manufacturers of Ghana’s jersey, PUMA, officially unveiled the Black Stars kit for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States on March 20, 2026.

The jersey features a clean white base accented with bold, abstract line patterns in red, yellow, and green, symbolising Ghana’s national colors and cultural vibrancy.

At the center of the chest sits the iconic Black Star, a powerful emblem of national pride and identity, while the Ghana Football Association crest is positioned beside it.

The white jersey also incorporates a black cobweb-like design in the middle, representing the famous Kwaku Ananse motif.

The colors and design reflect Ghana’s indigenous traditions and national heritage, showcasing them to the world.

The jersey was unveiled during an official launch ceremony in Brooklyn, New York and was attended by Black Stars legend Asamoah Gyan, popular musician Black Sherif, and women’s international football star Freda Ayisi, who displayed the jerseys and took part in activities.

The design, shared by the Ghana Football Association and Black Stars’ social media handles, has received positive responses from fans who appeared to be impressed with the yellow jersey.
