Footy-ghana.com investigations confirm that the former Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, Fred Pappoe will soon be reappointed the chairman of the Black Stars management committee.
According to our well-placed sources, Pappoe, who politely turned down an approach from members of the GFA hierarchy to stand for the vacant position of Vice-President, was also approached to head up the Black Stars management committee and footy-ghana.com understands that he has given considerable thought to the approach.
The Black Stars Management Committee is currently headed by GFA President Kwasi Nyantakyi, who, according to our sources, is not averse to relinquishing the position due to his busy schedule with other responsibilities within the GFA and the Confederation of African Football.
An official announcement will be made in the coming weeks.
