Patrick Asmah joins Serie B side Avellino

Atalanta have loaned Ghana youth defender Patrick Asmah to Italian Serie B side Avellino on loan, the player’s agent has confirmed.

Asmah joined moved to Atalanta during the January transfer window and made a huge impact playing for the Primavera squad.

“Asmah was very impressive for the short time he was here and the move to Avellino is to give him more exposure and first team experience,” agent Oliver Arthur told GHANASoccernet.com

“Avellino are one of the ambitious and a good ground for him to develop.”

Asmah played at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
