Cape Coast, Oct. 26, GNA - The first round of the Oguaa Gold Seal Cards league ended at Cape Coast on Saturday, with the Adom Sounds Club leading the table with 18 points.

Cape Coast, Oct. 26, GNA - The first round of the Oguaa Gold Seal Cards league ended at Cape Coast on Saturday, with the Adom Sounds Club leading the table with 18 points. Count Your Blessing, the defending champions, followed with 15 points while Friends Gardens were third with 12 points. Eight other clubs participated in the league, which was sponsored by Gold Star products and Tingerlink limited both of Accra. The other Clubs are the Ashanti Coffin, who were 4th with nine points, Eye Bless, 5th with six points, Cintaya, 6th with five points, Sharp Stars, 7th with four points and Judy Bless with no point. According to Mr Twintoh Walker, Founder of the Oguaa Cards Association, the league would be suspended for one month to enable all outstanding games in the knockout competition to be cleared. He commended Mr John Acquah, Sales Representative of the Gold Star Company for showing keen interest in the game.
