Polo to be appointed new Hearts of Oak coach

Former Accra Hearts of Oak player Mohammed Ahmed Polo has confirmed to XYZ Sports that he is on the verge of being appointed as the new coach of the Club.

Hearts of Oak parted ways with Coach David Duncan in November 2013, in what is believed to be off the field issues with the chairman of the club.

Polo, who has had a long-cherished dream of coaching his former Club having emerged from their blocks as one of the finest players produced by the club, told XYZ Sports that he is waiting for the Management of the Club to confirm him as the new head trainer by the end of today.
