Gafaru Nashiru increased the tally to two in the 13th minute for All Stars and after that they surprisingly coiled into their shells to allow Olympics to dictate the pace of the game to end the first half. Great Olympics came back from recess with more determination as they 'threw' most of their men upfront in desperate effort to make amends. Their strategy paid off for them when Paa Joe Kumah perfectly finished from a corner kick to earn them a consolation goal in the 85th minute.
