Premier League returns on Wednesday

Accra, Feb. 28, GNA - The Glo Premier League returns to action on Wednesday March 2, after almost a one month break. The League, which took a long break to ensure the participation of Ghana at the just ended Championship of Africa Nations (CHAN) in Sudan, enters the 20th Week at all the centers.

At the Ohene Djan Stadium, Accra, Accra Hearts of Oak will host Tudu Mighty Jets in a local derby in a game which could be described as a win or burst situation for Hearts.

Hearts will need the three maximum points at stake to fly out of the relegation zone as they currently lie at an uncomfortable 14th position on the League table.

A defeat for Hearts will see the Phobians sink further into the relegation zone, whilst Jets who are also not lying in a comfortable position will need to pick the three points at stake if they are to survive the premiership.
